Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. I arrived early in the morning and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist who immediately offered to store my bags until check-in. She even went out of her way to recommend some great local spots to visit while I waited. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. the staff at Slo Living made me feel right at home, and their positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out. I highly recommend this hostel for their excellent customer service and warm hospitality. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.
